Skills:
Strong experience in these three skills is mandatory: Public Sector Solutions, DevOps Management, & OmniStudio Stakeholder Alignment & Advisory: Skill in collaborating with Senior Architects to translate complex government functional requirements into technical specifications and present solution designs to client technical teams
Data Modeling & Security: Strong grasp of the PSS industry data model and standard CRM objects, along with designing robust sharing/security models (Role Hierarchies, Sharing Rules, Field level security) to meet government compliance standards.
Technical Documentation: Ability to author clear Technical Design Documents
DevOps: hands-on experience with version control (Git), CLI, and CI/CD deployment pipelines
Programmatic Salesforce Development: Proficiency writing scalable, bulkified Apex (triggers, batch classes, test classes) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) when custom code is required beyond declarative capabilities.
Declarative Automation & Flow Architecture: Expertise in designing maintainable Salesforce Flows aligned with enterprise governor limits and design pattern best practices
OmniStudio & Public Sector Solutions (PSS): Practical experience configuring OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Data Mappers, Integration Procedures, FlexCards) to deliver streamlined internal and public-facing portals, workflows Optional Skills: Knowledge or experience with Sales Territories, Territory Planning, CRM-A, Tableau, and/or specific experience with the PSS Talent Recruitment Module
