Desired Skills/Experience

Current Experience SAP Functional Experience with (SME Level Expertise Preferred) surrounding
SAP Sales and Order to Cash (O2C) modules and sub-modules
OR
SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) module and sub-modules
AND
Strong Business Analysis Skills: Requirements Gathering, Data Flow Diagramming, UAT [user acceptance testing]; project coordination, user applications training/support, liaison between technical teams and user teams (experience working as the voice of the user to technical-coding teams)
Experience working closely with users for overall business process discovery coupled with minimum SAP customization experience by adjusting user processes to follow SAP business processes.

Experience extracting-using SAP Hana Data for Data Reporting (Power BI is a plus), Experience with Metrics, ROI, Project Timeline, Project Variable reporting is preferred. Strong Attention to Detail and Strong Oral communication skills
Pluses:
Formal or Informal SAP Training and/or certifications
A BS Degree
Experience working in a similar SAP Business Analyst role for a Manufacturing or Supply-Chain-Distribution type company. Competitive Compensation and Excellent Benefits.
