Location: San Jose, CA Onsite

Type of Employment: 12+ Months Contract

Role Description:

Seeking a Principal Architect Generative AI with 15+ years of experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale GenAI, Conversational AI, and Agentic AI solutions on cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, and RAG architectures.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and advise customers on AI transformation.
• Define AI observability, governance, performance, and security standards.
• Mentor engineering teams and drive best practices for AI adoption.

• 15+ years in Software Engineering/Architecture
• Generative AI & Agentic AI
• Python
• Google Cloud Platform, Vertex AI, Gemini
• RAG & Vector Databases
• LangGraph / CrewAI / ADK
• Conversational AI (Dialogflow CX, CCAI, CES)
• API Integration & Microservices
• Enterprise Solution Architecture
• Customer-facing leadership experience

Preferred

• Master's/PhD in CS, AI, or related field
• Telecom or Contact Center domain experience
• Experience delivering large-scale AI programs end-to-end
