We engage experienced practitioners for both full-time employment and project-based contract roles, depending on the award and staffing model. Engagements are remote-first with travel as required for partner and field sites. We build ready teams for live grant and sponsored-research pursuits — not speculative staffing banks.

WIL is seeking a Child Protection & Victim Services Training & Technical Assistance Consultant to strengthen multidisciplinary responses for missing and exploited children and for child-abuse professionals — including investigation coordination, victim advocacy, forensic interviewing support practices, and system improvement — as applied research and TTA capacity for WIL grant packages.
What you'll do:
Assess training and technical-assistance needs for child-protection, missing-children, and victim-services partners
Design and deliver TTA, curricula, and practice tools for multidisciplinary teams serving children and families
Support coordination among law enforcement, child protective services, prosecutors, medical and mental-health providers, and advocacy organizations
Help partners improve protocols, case coordination, victim-centered practices, and program performance
Contribute specialist qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL grant and sponsored-research packages when permissioned

Required:
Substantial experience in child protection, missing and exploited children response, child-abuse investigation support, or victim services for children
Experience delivering training or technical assistance to multidisciplinary child-serving professionals
Strong facilitation, curriculum development, and report-writing skills
Open to full-time employment or project-based contract engagement; remote-first with travel as partner and field work requires
Nice to have:
Experience with Children's Advocacy Centers, forensic interviewing programs, or Victims of Child Abuse Act–aligned professional development
Familiarity with trauma-informed and victim-centered practice standards
Prior research, public-sector, or nonprofit TTA work that can be cited
