Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing content, and maintaining brand consistency. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual eager to grow their career in marketing while contributing to the success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
- Create and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and respond to customer inquiries or comments.
- Support the design, proofreading, and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
- Maintain and update the company’s website content and ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, preparing detailed reports on results and insights.
- Coordinate and communicate with external vendors, such as printers or ad agencies, when needed.
- Organize and assist in promotional events, trade shows, or other marketing initiatives.
- Handle administrative tasks, including managing marketing calendars, budgets, and inventory of promotional materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including social media platforms, email marketing, and SEO.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
