Senior Automotive Glass Technician | Mannheim, Germany | On-site

We're hiring on behalf of a leading automotive glass repair and replacement company in Germany, renowned for its commitment to safety, reliability, and high-quality standards. With a vast network of service centers and mobile units, this organisation is dedicated to making a significant difference in customer experience and vehicle safety.

The Role

• Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
• Assume additional responsibilities as an on-site operational manager, overseeing technical aspects and ensuring adherence to company standards and daily operational planning.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process, from initial order to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, customer payments, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory effectively, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for experienced Automotive Master Technicians, Mechatronics Technicians, Mechanics, or Bodywork Technicians.
• Willingness to undergo a proficiency test or already hold an operational manager qualification (HWK).
• A valid Class B driver's license and strong German language skills.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and comfortable with PC operations.
• Excellent customer and service orientation, coupled with strong communication skills.
• A collaborative spirit, ability to work independently, and a value for trust-based teamwork.
