We are seeking a results-driven
Sales Manager with an engineering background to lead the strategic planning and business development within an assigned territory. This highly visible position is responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying market opportunities, and maintaining exceptional relationships with OEM partners.

Account Management
Maintain and expand existing relationships with OEM customers through regular site visits, strategic check-ins, and consistent communication.
Sales Execution
Manage the full sales cycle—from qualifying leads and scheduling client visits to preparing technical quotes, negotiating terms, and closing orders.
Conduct engaging technical presentations and demonstrations for current and prospective customers.
Partner with sales leadership to execute regional sales plans targeting strategic revenue, profitability, and market share goals.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain a real-time sales forecast, database, and pipeline metrics in accordance with company reporting standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with cross-disciplinary engineering and operations teams to align technical capabilities with market requirements.
Customer Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, resolving customer inquiries or technical issues quickly and effectively.
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or engineering discipline.
Experience
2–4 years of technical sales experience within an OEM environment.
Demonstrated history of successful sales management, account growth, and quota achievement.
Travel
Ability to travel domestically and internationally 30% to 40% of the time.
Strong analytical abilities with high attention to detail while managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Software
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
3 to 5 years of directly related technical sales experience.
~ Background in Sales, Marketing, or Applications Engineering within technology, electronics, capital equipment, or instrumentation industries.
~ Hands-on experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) and ERP systems.
Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, bend, and stoop within an office and industrial setting. Ability to use standard office equipment and basic hand tools.
Ability to lift, move, stage, and place materials up to 50 lbs independently (heavier loads with assistance).
Travel
Frequent domestic and international travel by air and automobile, including overnight stays.
