What You'll Need • Completed training or certification as a Registered Nurse, or equivalent qualification. • Experience in fundamental patient care, wound management, vital signs monitoring, and pressure sore prevention. • Strong empathy and excellent communication skills. • A responsible and proactive approach to care. • Willingness to participate in further education and training. • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
