We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator for a leading CNC manufacturing company renowned for its state-of-the-art machinery and stable production environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the production of high-precision components.

The Role

• Independently set up, adjust, and operate CNC lathes and/or milling machines.
• Produce precision parts according to technical drawings and work plans.
• Perform dimensional, form, and quality checks using standard measuring tools.
• Adjust and optimize existing CNC programs directly at the machine.
• Monitor the manufacturing process and ensure product quality.
• Manage tool changes, machine maintenance, and minor repair tasks.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Zerspanungsmechaniker, CNC specialist, or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in CNC turning and/or milling is desirable.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, using measuring instruments, and understanding test reports.
• Experience with common CNC controls is advantageous.
• A precise, structured, and quality-conscious approach to work.
• Responsibility, reliability, and teamwork skills.
