Job Description- Sr. Java Full Stack Developer (React)

Seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java, React, Kafka, and Azure, capable of leading architecture and design decisions, building scalable cloud-native and event-driven applications, mentoring engineers, driving engineering excellence, and delivering high-quality solutions within complex distributed systems while collaborating closely with business and technology teams.

Location: -Irving, TX (3 days WFO Hybrid)

Educational Qualifications: -

Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory skills

• Java development experience with React, Kafka, and Azure.
  Demonstrated technical leadership, including the ability to guide design decisions, mentor engineers, and establish engineering best practices.
• Ability to quickly learn new business domains and become productive in existing systems.
  Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving solutions independently. Experience leveraging AI-assisted or agentic engineering tools as part of the development workflow (preferred but not required).
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, with the ability to define, recognize, and continuously improve high-quality, maintainable, testable, secure, and well-structured code while effectively leveraging AI-assisted development.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native application development.
• Demonstrated ownership, curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly understand and contribute within an existing architecture and codebase.
• Experience working in embedded delivery models alongside established engineering teams.
  Strong focus on knowledge sharing, mentoring, and leaving teams better equipped after the engagement.
• Proven ability to deliver value rapidly while maintaining high engineering standards, code quality, and sound software engineering practices.
• Deep expertise in Java and backend application development. Strong experience designing and building APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and Kafka-based integrations.
• Experience with Azure cloud services, containerized applications, and distributed systems.
  Ability to lead backend architecture, technical design, and implementation while mentoring team members.
• Experience optimizing application performance, scalability, reliability, and observability.
• Deep expertise in React and modern TypeScript/JavaScript development. Experience designing scalable, responsive, and intuitive user experiences.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, testing, accessibility, and performance optimization.
