### Job Summary Thinking Minds' client is seeking a director-level Organizational Change Management (OCM) leader to guide enterprise change strategy and execution for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation supporting pharmaceutical distribution and corporate finance.

This leader will oversee change professionals, establish priorities, allocate resources, and advise executive sponsors and program leadership. The role focuses on preparing employees and leaders to adopt new processes, technologies, organizational structures, and ways of working, translating technical transformation into a compelling business narrative that supports lasting adoption.

A record of leading enterprise transformation and influencing executive, functional, and frontline stakeholders within highly matrixed organizations.

Deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, change impacts, readiness, communications, training, adoption, and sustainment. Strong executive communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to address resistance and connect technical decisions to business outcomes. An approach to coaching teams, strengthening change capabilities, and applying AI-first methods where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
Develop an integrated OCM strategy aligned with business outcomes, deployment plans, and transformation governance; establish methodologies, standards, metrics, and success measures. Strengthen executive sponsorship, leadership accountability, and change champion networks through workshops, forums, and targeted engagement. Lead impact assessments across processes, roles, systems, controls, and organizational structures; manage readiness dashboards, adoption KPIs, risks, and mitigation plans.

Oversee communications, executive messaging, town halls, toolkits, and learning programs; measure training effectiveness, proficiency, confidence, and sustained adoption. Coordinate change activities with solution design, testing, deployment, cutover, stabilization, and sustainment across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Order-to-Cash, Technology, Master Data, and Security workstreams.

Manage vendors, consultants, budgets, and resources; report readiness to executive governance forums and lead hiring, development, performance management, and succession planning.
### Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
12+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management, business transformation, organizational effectiveness, management consulting, or related disciplines.
4+ years of people leadership experience and 4+ years leading change efforts for complex enterprise-scale transformations.

Experience leading ERP or enterprise technology transformations, managing external partners, and operating within formal transformation governance structures.

Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree or Prosci/CCMP certification.
SAP S/4HANA transformation experience and experience supporting multi-wave deployments.
Familiarity with AI-enabled change, adoption, and learning platforms.
