The Role

• Train dealer sales forces on liners and tubing products.
• Introduce and support various liner, tubing, and composite shell offerings.
• Provide post-sales customer support, including training and quoting assistance for new clients.
• Act as a liaison and provide dealer support for a designated geographic area.
• Service existing customers and manage all aspects of the sales process.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain a professional demeanor.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or equivalent preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Experience with dairy equipment or dairy farming is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel moderately (up to 80%).
