The Role

• Develop and implement strategic sales recommendations for commercial clients.
• Prospect for new business opportunities and manage assigned leads.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and propose solutions.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers as an essential partner.
• Utilize provided tools and technology to create sales agreements and stay organized.
• Drive new business development through effective use of marketing tools.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; sales experience is a plus.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licensing (company-sponsored).
• Capability to work independently in the field and interact with diverse customers.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and effective communication.
