Responsibilities:
Convert pre-set seller appointments into signed listing agreements
Deliver compelling listing presentations and win new business
Negotiate and close seller contracts
Build strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
Manage leads, appointments, and transactions using
CRM and team systems
Guide sellers through the listing process and deliver an exceptional client experience
Qualifications:
