Jackson Hogg are delighted to be partnering with this brilliant organisation in their search for a proactive, highly organised Talent Engagement Coordinator to help deliver an outstanding recruitment and onboarding experience. This is a fast-paced, reactive role where priorities can change quickly, therefore the successful candidate will need to be able to stay one step ahead, anticipating needs, and keeping recruitment campaigns moving forward.

It's a highly visible, people-focused position where you'll be juggling priorities, managing expectations and keeping recruitment activity moving at pace. You'll need to be proactive, adaptable and comfortable responding to changing demands while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
If you're someone who loves bringing order to busy processes, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience, we'd love to hear from you!

You'll play a key role in attracting and onboarding great talent, acting as the engine room behind a professional and efficient recruitment service.
You'll:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment campaigns and onboarding activity.
- Manage vacancies across recruitment systems and advertising platforms.
- Keep hiring managers, candidates and stakeholders informed throughout the process.
- Prepare recruitment documentation, interview arrangements and onboarding communications.
- Monitor deadlines, spot potential delays and take action before they become issues.
- Build positive relationships with candidates, managers and external partners.
- Help create a seamless, engaging experience from application through to day one.
Criteria:
Experience in administration, coordination, recruitment, HR or a customer-focused environment.
Organised and able to keep multiple priorities on track.
Proactive approach rather than waiting to be asked.
Can react quickly to changing demands while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Enjoys solving problems and finding ways to keep processes moving.
Confident communicating with people at all levels.
Provides excellent customer service and candidate care.
If you're an organised coordinator who loves working at pace, enjoys balancing reactive priorities with a proactive approach, and is passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience, we'd love to hear from you.
