The Role

• Coordinate duty rosters, manage staff absences, and optimize tour planning
• Support the update of care levels and ensure accurate classification
• Enhance the daily lives of residents and contribute to a larger mission
• Perform classic aged care tasks including medication management, care duties, and digital documentation
• Foster relationships with relatives, physicians, and colleagues
• Provide professional and personal guidance to support staff, trainees, and interns

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional (m/f/d)
• Or, an alternative completed vocational training in geriatric or general nursing care
• A high degree of empathy and a respectful approach to collaboration
• Experience in tour or dispatch planning is advantageous
