Order to Cash Architect

Leads Order-to-Cash and interagency sales functional discovery for Workstream 4 — facilitates discovery sessions for sales order management, pricing, billing, and customer account processes. Performs high-level process-to-standard assessment for SAP SD/Order-to-Cash (Workstream 5) and identifies opportunities to standardize or simplify legacy sales processes. Assesses integration touchpoints with Finance and Manufacturing workstreams and contributes findings to the future-state process hierarchy and transformation blueprint.
