T&M SAP OTC/RMA Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Business Systems Analyst for a 6-month contract engagement to support an RMA Plant Consolidation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes along with proven experience supporting Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes within SAP ECC.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the RMA Plant Consolidation initiative from an SAP OTC functional perspective.
• Analyze and support business requirements related to Order-to-Cash and RMA processes.
• Provide hands-on functional expertise within SAP OTC modules.
• Support and troubleshoot RMA processes in the SAP ECC environment.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Assist with process analysis, functional documentation, testing, issue resolution, and implementation activities related to the consolidation project.
• Ensure SAP OTC and RMA processes align with business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
