Vice President, Pricing & Packaging

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Vice President, Pricing & Packaging in Mediacom Park, NY.

Overview

The VP, Pricing & Packaging will own residential pricing, bundling, and promotional strategy across broadband, video, mobile, phone, and home security. This executive will design rate structures and offers that drive subscriber growth, ARPU, retention, and profitability while responding to fiber and fixed-wireless competition. The role combines pricing strategy, financial modeling, analytics, offer lifecycle management, and cross-functional execution, partnering closely with Finance, Marketing, Product, Sales, Billing, and IT.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in pricing, revenue management, product marketing, or commercial strategy, preferably within cable, broadband, wireless, telecom, or another subscription-based consumer business, along with strong team leadership and deep experience in pricing architecture, bundling, promotions, and customer economics.

REQUIREMENTS

• Pricing strategy & rate architecture - Deep experience setting consumer pricing, rate cards, tiers, fees, price increases, and competitive pricing strategy
• Financial modeling & revenue management - Strong command of ARPU, margin, LTV, price elasticity, forecasting, and business-case modeling
• Data & analytics - Using KPIs such as conversion, take rate, churn, promotional roll-off, and margin to measure and optimize offers, including A/B testing and experimentation
• Packaging, bundling & promotions - Ability to design bundles, acquisition offers, retention/win-back programs, promotional pricing, and price-lock strategies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
