Position Title: Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Engineer
Location: PA - Pittsburgh, OH - Strongsville, AL - Birmingham, TX - Dallas, AZ - Phoenix
Work Status : 5 Days Onsite
Duration : Contract to Hire
Years Of Experience Required : 8 + Years
INITIATIVES/PROJECTS:

Migrating Adobe Analytics to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
Migrate/rebuild Adobe Analytics workspaces, segments and alerts to Customer Journey Analytics
Hands-on experience configuring CJA connections, data views, components, metrics, segments, filters

INDUSTRY BACKGROUND: Digital Analytics
TEAM DYNAMIC: Analytics team covering all digital environments: PNC.com, mobile app, online banking, online applications
ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support migration from Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics
Configure component naming, persistence and attribution
Develop derived fields, calculated metrics and segments
Recreate classification lookups, classification rules, marketing channel rules
Migrate/rebuild Adobe Analytics workspaces, segments and alerts to Customer Journey Analytics
Develop suitable replacement for Adobe Analytics Data Warehouse projects
Hands-on experience configuring CJA connections, data views, components, metrics, segments, filters

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

Expert experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is required
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (schemas, datastreams, datasets, connections, data views)
Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills

FLEX SKILLS:

Data analysis
Experience with Target Reporting in Customer Journey Analytics and joining to profile datasets is preferred

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or related field
