We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Expert to join our team in St. Louis, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. A company vehicle will be provided for all delivery operations. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while contributing to our organization's commitment to excellence in logistics and customer satisfaction.

• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet daily delivery targets and customer expectations
• Operate the provided company vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Load, transport, and unload packages with care, ensuring proper handling and protection of items
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmations
• Communicate professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related issues
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or damage promptly
• Navigate using GPS and mapping technology to optimize routes and minimize delivery times
• Collect payments or verify delivery information as required by company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and ensure compliance with company standards
• Respond to customer feedback and work collaboratively with the logistics team to improve service quality

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with GPS, mapping applications, and basic technology platforms
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages of varying sizes and weights
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of traffic regulations and vehicle safety standards
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing delivery schedules
