NEWLY Qualified - Hedge Fund - Fund Control - Eximius Finance

This is a broad role sitting between Fund Control and Product Control , offering exposure to valuations, P&L analysis, fund accounting and financial reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with investment teams, operations and senior finance leadership in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

·Oversight and review of fund NAVs and fund accounting activities

·Product control responsibilities, including daily and monthly P&L review and analysis

·Review and challenge of valuations across a range of asset classes and investment strategies

·Preparation and review of fund financial statements

·Liaison with fund administrators, auditors and other external service providers

·Investigation and resolution of pricing, valuation and reporting issues

·Supporting process improvement and control enhancement initiatives

The firm is keen to speak with newly qualified ACA accountants through to those with a few years' post-qualified experience , ideally from a Top 10 accounting firm, investment bank, asset manager or hedge fund environment.

Candidates should possess:

·Strong academic credentials throughout education

·ACA qualification (or equivalent)

·Excellent analytical and technical accounting skills

·A proactive and intellectually curious approach

·The ability to thrive in a high-performance environment
