SEND Teacher | Wokingham, United Kingdom | Hybrid | £28 - £35 per hour

We are seeking passionate educators to join a leading community-focused organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact through flexible, trauma-informed teaching and tutoring.

The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND/SEMH.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan and deliver trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Report on lessons and provide feedback on student progress.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for vulnerable young people.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices.
