SAP S/4 HANA migration for a company similar scope and sizing of American Airlines
3.Technical background

SAP S/4 technical or configuration skills SAP HANA platform
Description:
What you’ll do
* Optimize the flow of value from generation of ideas to release
* Coach your team(s) to create high-value items, while eliminating or reducing rework, waste in the process, etc.
* Promote transparency on barriers to change, progress, and remove or seek assistance in addressing impediments and opportunities
* Enable your team(s) to practice Professional Scrum and other frameworks/techniques that drive agility
* Cultivate a habit of continuous learning (from prior increments, retrospectives, etc.), continuous experimentation, and continuous improvement to reach a high-performing
state
* Coach your team(s) to understand (the why) and practice new ways of working
* Serve as internal trainers contributing to the learning and development of one or more team(s)
* Coach Product Owners/Managers with techniques for establishing empirical product planning and maintaining a healthy Product Backlog
* Maintain, share, and promote information radiators that enable inspection and adaptation
* Coach teams to self-organize and facilitate events, as necessary
All you’ll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
* 4+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment
* Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholders
* Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency
* Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
* Experience with driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes and tools in a cross-functional organization
* Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills
* Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery
* Participation in scaled agile frameworks
Skills, Licenses & Certifications:
* Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or other scrum certification)
Language, Communication Skills, & Physical Abilities
* Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
