Strategic Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in need of a Strategic Project Manager in Fort Washington, PA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders to define objectives, scope, timelines, and success metrics
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate efforts across multiple teams to ensure alignment and successful execution
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, governance reviews, and decision-making discussions
• Prepare presentations, status reports, business cases, and executive communications
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution
• Support implementation, business readiness, operational readiness, and change management activities
• Monitor program progress and drive accountability for key deliverables and outcomes
• Contribute to continuous improvement and organizational initiatives as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Project management certification is a plus
• 7+ years of project management, program management, or business transformation experience
• Experience leading large-scale initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience supporting executive leadership and governance processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with change management, process improvement, or operational transformation initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
