Project Manager Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + package<br />Location: Leeds M62 &amp; M1 Corridor An excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing engineering and building services team, managing projects up to £300,000 from initial survey through to completion. • Excellent career progression opportunities The Role As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of project delivery, working closely with Supervisors, Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients. Responsibilities include:
• Managing projects up to £300k from survey to completion.
• Site set-up and mobilisation.
• Managing direct labour, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Managing client relationships and project delivery.
• Ensuring multi-trade projects are delivered on time and to budget.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation.
• Supporting project close-out and invoicing.
• Surveying and pricing small works.
• Identifying additional project opportunities.
• Travelling across the M62 and M1 corridor, with occasional further travel.
• Working in line with CDM Regulations and health &amp; safety requirements. About You We're looking for a Project Manager with experience managing multi-trade projects and confidently dealing with subcontractors, clients and suppliers. You'll ideally have:
• Experience managing projects up to £300k.
• Strong commercial and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of CDM Regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A proactive and positive approach.
• Willingness to travel.
