Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Dynamics CAE Engineer to support vehicle dynamics performance development through simulation and physical testing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in multibody vehicle dynamics modeling, ride and handling performance, and CAE-to-test correlation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain high-fidelity multibody vehicle dynamics models using MSC Adams.
2. Generate suspension, full-vehicle, and powertrain (PWT) loads.
3. Develop vehicle dynamics metrics and performance targets using simulation and physical test data.
4. Collaborate with design, chassis, CAE, and supplier teams to improve ride and handling performance.
5. Support vehicle performance balancing and software controls development.
6. Assist with active safety performance development and validation.
7. Correlate simulation results with physical vehicle and subsystem measurements to improve model accuracy.

Required Qualifications

1. 5+ years of relevant experience in vehicle dynamics development and simulation.
2. Hands-on experience with MSC Adams, CarMaker, and MATLAB/Simulink.
3. Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics CAE-to-test correlation.
4. Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
