The Role • Provide therapeutic support and interventions to young people with complex learning needs, social/emotional difficulties, and challenging behaviours. • Conduct mental health assessments and develop personalized care plans with appropriate interventions. • Deliver individualised counselling, build rapport with young people, and provide feedback on progress. • Collaborate with educational and residential colleagues to create therapeutic living and learning environments. • Be part of a multidisciplinary clinical team offering extensive expertise and breadth of provision. What You'll Need • Qualified professional or accredited Counsellor eligible for BACP membership or similar. • Experience or strong understanding of child development and connecting with young people. • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, initiative-taking approach. • Demonstrated honesty and empathy in working with vulnerable individuals. • Additional mental health or therapeutic intervention qualifications will be advantageous.
