With over 200 locations and a strong network of over 150 franchisees, we empower entrepreneurs to launch and grow their own successful fitness businesses. The Role • Build and lead your own fitness studio. • Steer business operations including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team of employees. • Drive local marketing initiatives and member acquisition. • Ensure an outstanding studio experience for all members. • Uphold EASYFITNESS brand and quality standards.
