Job Description

Duration: 3 months 

Job Description:

  • Oracle data cleanup
  • Job description migration
  • Skills mapping
  • Reviewing job-related data for accuracy
  • Making judgment calls on skills and classifications

Examples of Work:

  • Copying structured job data into Oracle fields
  • Validating system-generated skills
  • Determining whether skills appropriately match job profiles

Although much of the work is administrative these individuals need enough HR knowledge to make informed decisions rather than simply performing data entry.

Ideal Background:

  • Broad HR knowledge (“jack of all trades”)
  • HR Shared Services–type experience
  • Comfort with HR systems and data
  • Enough business acumen to make judgment calls
