Microsoft 365 Engineer

We are seeking a customer-focused Microsoft 365 & Azure Engineer/Solutions Architect to help our clients modernize, secure, and optimize their technology environments. This role serves as a trusted advisor, guiding customers from strategy and discovery through implementation, adoption, and ongoing improvement. The ideal candidate combines deep Microsoft expertise with strong consulting skills and a proven track record delivering successful outcomes.

Technical Expertise

Strong experience across areas such as:

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Microsoft Entra ID and Identity Management
• Microsoft Intune and Windows 365
• Microsoft Defender, Purview, and Security Solutions
• Azure Infrastructure and Cloud Architecture
• Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot
• PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, APIs, and Automation
• Migration and modernization projects
• Security, governance, and compliance frameworks including NIST and CMMC

Professional Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience delivering Microsoft technologies.
• 3+ years designing and implementing Azure solutions.
• Experience working for an MSP, Professional Services organization, Systems Integrator, Consulting firm, or similar customer-facing technology provider.
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing workshops, assessments, and architecture engagements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Additional Microsoft certifications in Security, Identity, Azure, Modern Work, or AI
