This is an exciting opportunity to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration through a dual study program. Students will gain practical experience at a local company while earning a state-recognized degree, with flexible start dates and learning options available.

The Role

• Participate in budget planning and market analysis.
• Assist in the creation of monthly management reports.
• Support the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Analyze processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Choose from five specialization options starting in the 3rd semester, including Accounting & Controlling, Tax Consulting, Social Management, Retail Management, and Logistics Management.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) college entrance qualification (Abitur) or a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency (B2 level).
• Strong mathematical understanding and analytical skills.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good English language skills.

• Monthly salary ranging from €375 - €730 gross.
