Inside Sales Representative - Overnight

Job Description
A trusted exterior restoration company with a strong reputation for helping homeowners protect and improve their homes through roofing, siding, and storm restoration services. We specialize in high-quality inspections, repairs, and full replacements, delivering a customer-first experience built on trust, education, and results. We are hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to engage with homeowners, perform inspections, and close high-value restoration projects.

On target earnings of $120,000 to $150,000 per year

Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify potential customers and generate interest in roofing, remodeling, and restoration services
Perform roof inspections and assess property conditions to support recommendations
Present and sell restoration services including roofing, siding, and related exterior work
Track daily activity, leads, and sales performance to consistently improve close rates
Comfortable with physical activity including walking neighborhoods and climbing ladders
Willing to travel locally to assigned neighborhoods and office locations as needed
Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment
