The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics to members. • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK, resolving issues from flat batteries to complex faults. • Start and finish your working day from your own driveway. • Combine technical skills with outstanding customer service to provide reassurance during stressful situations. • Respond to a variety of vehicle issues, offering quick and confident solutions. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills. • A full UK driving licence.
