The Role

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs.
• Build and maintain displays, including end caps, and manage product rotation on shelves.
• Track inventory to help stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Sell programs and extra inventory, merchandising products effectively.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers during store visits.
• Travel within a territory to complete scheduled store visits and meet Key Performance Indicators.

What You'll Need

• Be 18 years or older.
• Possess the ability to be receptive to coaching, communicate effectively (verbally and in writing), deliver results, and manage multiple priorities.
• Previous experience in sales, merchandising, retail, or CPG is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with a company-provided tablet for work recording and reporting.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel independently within the assigned territory, including transporting displays and equipment.
