Job Description: Senior Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce & Patient Support Programs

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the Commercial POD and collaborate closely with business stakeholders across Intake Centre and Contact Centre applications. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis expertise, hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration modules, and experience supporting Patient Support Programs (PSP) within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

The candidate must be proactive, independent, and capable of taking ownership of business-as-usual (BAU) operations with minimal supervision while ensuring smooth business operations and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams for Intake Centre and Contact Centre applications.

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements.

• Support and optimize Salesforce-based solutions, including configuration-related activities.

• Facilitate requirements workshops, process mapping sessions, user story development, and acceptance criteria definition.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver application enhancements and operational support requests.

• Manage and prioritize BAU activities while maintaining business continuity and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable business and technology solutions.

• Support functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production issue resolution.

• Work independently, manage competing priorities, and ensure timely delivery of business requirements and operational commitments.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.

• Strong experience with the Salesforce platform and its configuration modules.

• Hands-on experience supporting Patient Support Programs (PSP) in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, requirements documentation, and process analysis skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
