Working on the SEC Infrastructure Support Services 2 (ISS2) program, this Senior Power BI Expert will support the Common Services Delivery, Enterprise Operations, and Enterprise Infrastructure Teams. In this high-visibility remote role, you will lead the discovery, realignment, and modernization of enterprise reporting assets, transforming complex data sources into actionable leadership dashboards.

responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct technical discovery and refactoring of legacy Power BI data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Business Process Engineering and Knowledge Management teams to establish unified reporting metrics.
• Partner with Senior Program Leadership to validate operational metrics and design executive dashboards.
• Present reporting solutions and analytical findings directly to senior management and client representatives.
• Mentor and train internal team members on Power BI report development standards and best practices.

qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain an SEC Public Trust determination prior to start.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field.

8+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI report development, metrics analysis, and data source integration.

Demonstrated track record of delivering high-visibility analytics projects under tight deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presentation experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Hands-on experience with SharePoint Administration and integration.

Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA.

Experience utilizing modern AI and collaboration tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) within analytics workflows.
