Temporary Full-Time Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence company culture, streamline HR processes, and support our mission to empower employees at every level. Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates. Administer employee evaluations, and performance management initiatives.

Maintain compliance with employment & labor law standards such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and workers' compensation regulations. Facilitate employee relations by managing conflict resolution, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive work environment. Proven experience in human resources in manufacturing facility. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). Knowledge of employment & labor laws including FMLA, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation policies.

Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience with recruiting tools.
