The Role • Assume senior medical responsibility and provide expert care on the Intermediate Care (IMC) unit. • Play a key role in developing and expanding the patient spectrum and services offered on the IMC ward. • Actively contribute to the supervision and training of junior medical staff. • Participate regularly in on-call duties to ensure continuous patient care. • Drive the advancement of the IMC unit through your clinical experience and strategic input. What You'll Need • Specialist Physician qualification in Pediatrics with a subspecialty in Neuropediatrics, Pediatric Pulmonology, or Pediatric Intensive Care. • Alternatively, a Specialist Physician qualification in Anesthesiology with a focus on Pediatric Anesthesia. • Demonstrated expertise in providing comprehensive care for young patients. • A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning. • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
