Role Description This full-time Business Development Executive role is a hybrid position based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a robust sales pipeline. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, engage prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings, and prepare tailored proposals and presentations. The role includes managing relationships with existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and tracking performance metrics to meet revenue and growth targets. - Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in account management, focusing on client retention, upselling, and relationship building.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field; experience in B2B environments is an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic analytics to manage pipelines and report on performance.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
