What You'll Need • 2+ years of direct sales experience, with insurance industry sales experience preferred. • Proven success in achieving sales goals. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Adaptability and attention to detail in a dynamic environment. • High School Diploma required; a 2-4 year college degree is preferred. • Active Personal Lines Insurance or P&C license is preferred.
