Senior Researcher, Public Policy & Frontline Innovation

Victoria Police is seeking an experienced researcher to join the Innovation stream of the Frontline Support Services project in Melbourne. The role focuses on designing applied research and evaluating policies to improve frontline service delivery and reform initiatives.

You will develop plans, apply qualitative and quantitative methods, synthesize evidence and present clear, practical recommendations to senior decision-makers across the organisation.
