 Veeva PromoMats Architect – Urgent Requirement

**Location:** New Jersey – 5 Days Onsite

**Experience:** 10+ Years
**Visa:** Open to Any Visa

We are looking for a **hands-on Veeva PromoMats Architect** with strong Life Sciences/Pharma experience and deep expertise in Veeva Vault PromoMats implementations.

**Key Requirements:**

* 10+ years of experience in **Life Sciences technology**
* 5+ years of hands-on **Veeva Vault PromoMats / MedComms** experience
* Strong experience with **MLR review processes, promotional content workflows, and content governance**
* Hands-on **Veeva Vault configuration, Content Module architecture, APIs, integrations, migration, and validation**
* Experience integrating PromoMats with **DAM, CRM, Workfront, Adobe, SAP, Salesforce**, and other enterprise platforms
* Strong understanding of **GxP and regulatory compliance**
* Experience providing architecture guidance for **Vault upgrades, enhancements, migrations, and managed services**

**AI / GenAI Experience – Preferred:**

* AI-driven content creation, claims validation, and MLR review acceleration
* Content reuse, intelligent search, metadata enrichment, and compliance checks
* Azure OpenAI / OpenAI
* RAG architectures and Prompt Engineering
* Agentic AI and Responsible AI
* AI governance within regulated Pharma environments

**Nice to Have:**

* Veeva MedComms
* Veeva Vault Platform Certification
* Pharma commercial content operations
* Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
* Workfront
* Omnichannel content platforms
* Medical Affairs / Regulatory Affairs experience

**⚠️ Important:** This is a **5-days onsite role in New Jersey**. Local NJ candidates are strongly preferred.
