The Role

• Perform painting operations on assemblies and complete vehicles in a spray booth.
• Clean, mask, sand, paint, and hang parts.
• Conduct surface pre-treatments on various substrates.
• Prepare and clean individual components, including pre-paint preparation.
• Read drawings and work documents, and implement specifications.
• Operate a fine sandblasting system.
• Inspect surface finish according to norm cleanliness standards and measure roughness depth.

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship as an industrial painter (m/f/d), automotive painter (m/f/d), or equivalent qualification.
• Ideally, a forklift operator's license and a certified crane operator qualification.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts.
• Confident handling of hazardous materials.
