AI Workplace Senior Engineer
Role Overview
A leading Microsoft Partner is looking for an experienced AI Workplace Senior Engineer to deliver secure, modern Microsoft 365 collaboration and AI solutions. The role focuses on SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Purview, Power Platform, governance, and client adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy secure Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions, including SharePoint Online, Copilot, AI agents, and Power Platform automation.
  • Lead migrations from legacy platforms to Microsoft 365, ensuring adoption of AI-powered workflows and knowledge management tools.
  • Configure governance, security, and compliance controls across Microsoft 365, including Purview, retention policies, sensitivity labels, and external sharing.
  • Advise clients on AI governance, Copilot readiness, licensing, access controls, and responsible AI usage.
  • Run workshops, provide technical leadership, and support user adoption across business, IT, and security stakeholders.
Required Experience
  • 8+ years experience across SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and security/compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Defender for O365, and Cloud App Security.
  • Hands-on experience with Purview, governance policies, cross-tenant migrations, automation, and multi-tenant environments.
  • Technical skills across PowerShell, PnP, Python, JavaScript, C#, JSON, Power Query/DAX, REST APIs, GraphQL, Dataverse, and SQL databases.
  • Good understanding of AI governance, compliance, responsible AI, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills


  • Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure DevOps, AI/ML frameworks, and SharePoint agent development.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-700, MS-100, or AI-102.
