Job Description

Medizinisch-pflegerische-Assistenten (MFA) | Rendsburg, Germany | On-site We're hiring on behalf of a large, reputable healthcare provider in Schleswig-Holstein, known for its comprehensive medical services and commitment to employee development. The Role • Assist with diagnostic examinations and patient treatments to ensure optimal medical care. • Manage and coordinate appointment schedules and consultations with other departments and external partners. • Prepare and maintain patient records, including prior to and following consultations, interventions, diagnostics, and surgeries. • Perform blood collections and ensure complete documentation and preparation of medical reports. • Coordinate patient discharge by managing communication between physicians, patients, and their families. What You'll Need • Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or equivalent qualification, ideally with experience in clinical settings. • Strong teamwork, organizational skills, and a high sense of responsibility. • Empathy, and a strong service-oriented approach when interacting with patients. • Confident and open communication skills with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments. • Proficiency in common IT systems, particularly hospital information systems (KIS).
