The Role • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, physicians, co-therapists, and medical-therapeutic assistants. • Supervise psychotherapeutic and somatic treatment processes within your team and mentor staff undergoing psychotherapeutic training. • Direct interdisciplinary team meetings, coordinating the collaborative efforts of all involved therapy specialists. • Provide patient care in accordance with current treatment guidelines, supported by medical-therapeutic assistants. • Participate in on-call duties for the psychosomatic specialist center. • Conduct internal training sessions and actively engage in ongoing professional development. What You'll Need • A specialist qualification in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy and/or Psychosomatic Medicine. • Proficiency in basic MS Office applications (Word, Outlook). • High levels of empathy and a genuine interest in the synergy between somatic medicine and psychotherapy. • Demonstrable commitment, openness, and a results-oriented approach, coupled with strong teamwork, leadership, and flexibility.
