Please find the below listed points to be checked for PM candidate –

• Experienced in embedded project management activities like – planning & budgeting, execution, risk & mitigation, timeline monitoring
• Experienced in coordinating across engineering teams – Software, hardware, mechanical, testing, certifications teams
• Experienced in cross functional streams –manufacturing, production set up, quality, EOL, supply chain, teams
• Experienced in standard processes and procedures as per ISO for product development, adhering to all defined steps and assuring compliance
• Project/product/program management experience at least 6 years
• Any of the certification PMP/ PMI-ACP/ CSM is must
• Understanding of gate model for product development will be added advantage
