The Role

• Service customer needs and recommend optimal wireless plans and services.
• Develop new consumer and business accounts through proactive outreach.
• Ensure outstanding customer service throughout and after the sales process.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in mobile technology and services.
• Assist customers in connecting, working, watching, and gaming with the newest devices.
• Build strong relationships and trust within the local community.
