Location: Plano, TX- Hybrid (F2F Interview)

Duration: 12+ Months and Contract

Need 12+ Yrs Profiles and Local Only

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Understand user needs, business requirements, and pain points.
• Create user personas, user journeys, and experience maps.
• Develop user flows, information architecture, and navigation structures.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on feedback.
• Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers.
• Maintain design consistency using design systems and guidelines.
• Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of UX principles and design methodologies.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping.
• Knowledge of user research and usability testing.
• Understanding of information architecture and interaction design.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Understanding of accessibility and human-centered design.
